Terms of Service

◉Eligibilty◉

->You must confirm to me that you are 18 or older, even if you request quite SFW contentIt is recommended that you are one of the following:
---You have at least three commissions to your name and I(Nov) can check them.
---You have requested to me at least once, via Skeb.If you are not, I check/ask your SNS account to verify your activity.
If I am unable to verify your activity , or you don't response for it, I may deny your request.
(I must deny your request if you are completely anonymous. if you want to make a request as an anonymous, please check my Skeb.)->You can not make a request if you are blocked by Nov in any sites.
(Also I will NOT explain why you are blocked.)->Due to capacity, you can only 1 request (Max 3 pieces) per period.

◉Communication◉

->Please Be friendly!
If you are too aggressive or too complicated to communicate, the request may be rejected.->To communicate,Basically I use DM of Twitter(X).
Also Bluesky, Notes of Fur Affinity(Not recommended) are available.-> I hope that you are planning request because you LIKE my art.
Please do not request if you don't care who draws your request randomly.->Both Nov and you will not disclose or leak any confidential information learned during the process (personal information, undisclosed references, conversational content, etc.) to a third party, without your permission.->Nov promises that will not use any confidential information learned from the requester for any purpose other than the intended purpose, and will manage it appropriately.

◉Payment◉

->Information of basic fee, optional fee, and discount:
Please check "Pricelist".->Payment method:Paypal only.->Fees are set in USD.->Timing of Payment:
After the requirements are confirmed, I will make a rough sketch and send it to you. If there are no problems, an invoice will be sent.
For more information about the procedure of commission, please check "Process".->All commissions are to be paid in full in advance.
Also, if additional fees are incurred due to changes in requirements, work will resume after payment of the additional fees.

◉Cancellation and Retaking policy◉

->The cancellation & retaking policy is as follows:---There is no cancellation fee until the requirements are confirmed.
---If you wish to cancel after I have started creating rough sketches, you will be required to pay 50% of the fee.
---If you wish to cancel after I have started finishing the work, you will be required to pay 100% of the fee.
---No refund is eligible if the commission is near completion or has already been handed over.->Also, Basically, I can not accept FULL retaking when I show you an rough sketches.
However,You can send me additional corrections to the rough sketch.
(ex; more bigger belly, more annoying expression with closing eyes, put hands on belly,etc....)
Please tell me what and how you want to change in one go.->After completion, if the color differs from the reference of your character, you can request for fixing it unless it's very complicated or stricted.->If there is no reply to a request from me for more than one month, the order will be automatically canceled and the policy above will apply.->If the requester violate any of the prohibited acts set forth in this Terms of conditions, the request will be automatically canceled and the policy above will apply. I may also refuse to accept future requests.

◉Delivery Date◉

->Standard delivery date is one month after payment. Please note that it may be longer depending on the complexity of the request, and my personal circumstances.->Please understand that the order in which the works are delivered may not necessarily correspond to the order in which the requests were sent.

◉Copyrights◉

->The copyright of the deliverables, including intermediate deliverables (rough sketches etc.), belongs to Nov, the creator.
---Therefore, I may use the deliverables, including intermediate deliverables, for my own promotion (e.g. uploading to SNS) and monetization (posting on creator support platforms, doujinshi, etc.), without the requester’s permission.->You(the requester) may use the deliverables for personal use, without my permission. You can share them! On the other hand, if you wish to modify the deliverables or monetize them (e.g. using for making goods), please consult me in advance. Use in a manner that damages the creator’s reputation (including the generation of similar works using gen AI) is not permitted. If you are unsure, please consult us in advance.

The fee of these options vary depending on the quantity.
I will respond with an estimated price depending on the content of your request.
For these options where a price is listed, the displayed amount is based on actual requests.

Process from request to delivery

1.Prepare these below:    I. Your E-mail Address(This is used for sending invoice)
    II. Which style do you want, Portrait or Situation?
    III. The quantity of sequence you want to request (only for Situation style)
    IV. URL of Character Reference(Dropbox, Google Drive etc...)
    V.YOUR IDEA

    VI. points that you want to focus on
         (ex. annoying expression, round belly, etc...)
    VII.Props you want to add for this situation
          (If you are not sure of it, I can suggest later)
    XI. URL of my work(s),if you have any ideal body size and composition in my past works.And, send them to me via DM of any SNS (X and BlueSky are recommended ).2.Nov will confirm the request details and inform you of the estimated fee and schedule (estimated start time and delivery date).
In some cases,To understand situation and calculate estimated fee, I may show you first impression sketch(very rough).
I will also inform you if there are any questions about the request details.3.After the requirements are confirmed(Please note that if you cancel after this time, a cancellation fee will be charged.), I will make a rough sketch and send it to you. If there are no problems, an invoice will be sent.You can send me additional corrections to the rough sketch.
